Bizthon ("we", "us") operates the Bizthon ERP and accounting platform. This website presents information about the platform and lets you request a demo. Use of the platform itself (app.bizthon.win) is governed by the subscription agreement you sign with us — these website terms do not create any platform entitlement.

3. Demo requests

Submitting the contact form is an enquiry, not an order or a contract. We may contact you to schedule or discuss a demonstration, and either side may decline to proceed at any time. The information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website: no attempts to disrupt or probe it, no automated bulk submissions, and no false, misleading, or abusive contact requests.

The name "Bizthon", the site's design, text, and graphics are our property or used with permission. You may view and share links to this site; you may not copy its content for commercial reuse without our written permission.

Bizthon is plan-based. Plan pricing, billing cycles, entitlements, availability commitments, and support levels are confirmed in writing when you subscribe, and the subscription terms you agree to at signup govern your use of the platform. This website does not process payments, orders, or subscriptions.

This website's content is provided "as is" for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of every kind regarding the website and limit our liability arising from its use; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
